Precision Racing Oil Pump – Billet Gears – Ford Falcon xr6t Barra – EXCHANGE

We have studied the Barra oiling system over many years of vigorous R&D in many applications. It is common knowledge that the factory oil pump gears are the First weak point, these are made from powdered metal and explode from harmonics through the crank, generally produced from hitting the limiter, not so much power related. We tested many brands of pump gears and determined that the quality and fitment of the Atomic gears is far superior to other cheaper copies, so these gears are fitted to our pumps.

On top of this, we modify the internal oil circuitry to provide a more efficient flow path, raise base idle oil pressure, handle higher revs and higher overall pressure which are all critical in higher than standard load situations! We use these pumps in standard engines and in our PR8 – PR10 engine packages, over this we move to a complete billet pump setup!
