All DL800 transmission works are completed in house. Using the best parts available to market, we provide completely assembled upgraded transmissions or all transmission parts for your build.

Pfitzner Performance Gearboxes are the manufactures of the gears and shafts we recommend and use in every single build. Gearset noise is like factory (no noise) due to the gear grinding process of the helical cut gears made in-house at PPG’s factory here in Australia.
STAGE 1- 1600WHP (STREET + ROLL RACING)
– DL800 transmission disassembly and cleaned
– PR Proprietary modifications to DL800 core
– Disassemble factory gearset and inspect synchros/selector rings
– Assemble PPG upgraded Gearset 1st through to 7th gear including reverse.
– Fit PPG upgraded front transfer gears inclusive of front output shaft
– Fit PPG upgraded rear reduction gears
– Replace speed sensor rings where required, bench test prior to assembly
– Re-assemble transmission using upgraded Titanium case bolts
– Bench test hydraulic systems pneumatically
– Replace pan filter with OEM
– PR Identification Tag
