All DL800 transmission works are completed in house. Using the best parts available to market, we provide completely assembled upgraded transmissions or all transmission parts for your build.

STAGE 1- 1600WHP (STREET + ROLL RACING)

– DL800 transmission disassembly and cleaned
– PR Proprietary modifications to DL800 core
– Disassemble factory gearset and inspect synchros/selector rings
– Assemble PPG upgraded Gearset 1st through to 7th gear including reverse.
– Fit PPG upgraded front transfer gears inclusive of front output shaft
– Fit PPG upgraded rear reduction gears
– Replace speed sensor rings where required, bench test prior to assembly
– Re-assemble transmission using upgraded Titanium case bolts
– Bench test hydraulic systems pneumatically
– Replace pan filter with OEM
– PR Identification Tag

 – DL800 transmission disassembly and cleaned
– Disassemble factory gearset and inspect synchros/selector rings

– Fit PPG upgraded front transfer gears inclusive of front output shaft
– Fit PPG upgraded rear reduction gears
