This ECU fits directly inside the factory OEM enclosure, maintaining a clean, factory appearance.
Installation of the processing unit is straightforward, with no alteration of the factory wiring loom required for the supported models listed below.

Supported Models (North American / USDM)
2011–2014 WRX STI – Hatch or Sedan, GR/GV chassis code, manual transmission only.
Note: 2010 and earlier models use a different pinout, supported by the WRX11 ECU (see model list link below).
2015–2021 WRX STI – VA chassis code, EJ-series engine only, manual transmission.
FA20 engines are not supported.

Important Notes

Check that your connector matches the header shown in the product photo before purchasing.

Manual transmission only.

Air temperature sensor is highly recommended.

Most factory features are supported, including DCCD, hill start assist, SI-Drive, cruise control, cam control and ABS.

This PlugIn features a new 4-pin powered CAN connector and cannot use the old CANPCB cable.
Use the CANJST4 (Link PN 101-0198) cable to connect CAN devices.
The new 4-pin connector provides both CAN communication and a protected 12V power supply (3A continuous, self-resetting fuse).
