Turbosmart 6466 Oil Cooled Turbocharger – Externally Wastegated

The Turbosmart TS-1 turbocharger series has been developed using modern materials, design, and manufacturing techniques to deliver a range that meets the demands of motorsport and performance enthusiasts.

The TS-1 series are oil-cooled turbochargers featuring lightweight stainless-steel investment cast turbine housings and a proprietary bearing and main shaft combination. This design provides exceptional transient response while maintaining the performance, quality, reliability, and support that Turbosmart is known for.

The ultra-low rotating mass of the unique bearing and shaft assembly is matched with aggressive compressor aerodynamics to ensure high performance at lower shaft speeds. A T14 Inconel turbine wheel ensures power and flow are maintained under high loads.

The TS-1 turbocharger series has taken a whole-of-engine approach to performance, delivering reduced back pressure and high-flow turbines while remaining smaller, lighter, and faster in response than competing solutions.
