The Funk Motorsport 4-layer turbo blanket provides up to three times more thermal protection than typical turbo blankets. Designed for most popular external wastegate turbo models (T3 & V-Band), it’s the only blanket on the market that can be removed and refitted during routine maintenance—making it a practical and long-lasting upgrade.
These blankets insulate the hot side of your turbo, keeping heat in the exhaust gases for faster spool-up and improved throttle response. Lowering under-bonnet temps helps protect oil and coolant lines, wiring, and bodywork from heat damage. Cooler intake temps mean more consistent power, improved performance, and better reliability over time.
Tested to withstand extreme temperatures, Funk Motorsport turbo blankets use premium construction and materials for maximum durability and thermal efficiency. Please note, blankets may smoke during initial use—this is normal and will subside. Always maintain oil and fuel lines to prevent fire risk.
