BA/BF Bar & Plate 750hp Stage 1.5 Intercooler Kit

Plazmaman’s 750hp intercooler kit is designed to suit the BA, and BF XR6 turbo models. This kit uses the same piping design as the 700hp kit, however, the cold side pipe is increased in size to 3.0″, plus the intercooler core size steps up to a massive 500 x 400 x 90. Also included is our under headlight cold air intake kit.

The 750hp kit is designed as a “street pro series” intercooler kit, which will support up to 750hp. It is recommended for vehicles with the common bolt on upgrades such as exhaust system, hard piping kit, fuel system upgrades, and upgraded turbocharger. Of course, if this kit is used on a 100% stock vehicle, there will still be a noticeable increase in power, however, it won’t be as responsive as the 650hp or 750hp kit. This kit eliminates the restrictive factory crossover piping, and is an extremely easy kit to fit.

As this is an street pro series kit, our hot side piping kit is not included, and the factory rubber hose is retained to the turbocharger. However, our aftermarket hot pipe is highly recommended. Not only does is work effectively with the intercooler kit, but it also allows for greater air flow, and it’s aluminium construction won’t collapse or flex under boost.

The Intercooler & piping is available in raw, polished or stealth black finish. Silicone hoses are available in blue or black.

• 3.0″ cold side piping, from the intercooler to the throttle body. (hot side optional)
