DL800 PR Billet diff side cover

The PR billet diff side support cover is a must have for all DL800 transmission builds that will see upwards of 1450whp. Added support within the structure has been incorporated to minimize flex of the DL800 OEM cast casings and also flex within the diff support cover itself. This flex will cause gear mesh/tooth contact to change under high torque loads leading to premature gear wear and eventually failure.

The diff cover should be accompanied with a fastener kit (Our PR DL800 Titanium bolt kit comes with ARP diff cover fasteners) and if desired an upgraded ring and pinion gearset…. A Wavetrac differential center shouldn’t be missed out either.
