Matt purchased this killer colour spec Audi R8 V10 Plus for the sole purpose of having us complete our PR twin turbo package. No time was wasted, within 3 days we had received the car to turn it into the ultimate streetcar. Matt has a few cool cars in his stable, amongst them is an Aventador S Roadster, AMG C63 Black Series, G63 and a Huracan STO on order, not to mention the Porsche 991.1 911 turbo which is currently here undergoing a 1300whp build..

As you can tell, Matt is no stranger to supercars and horsepower, he bought the R8 as he felt he was missing out on all the fun that the V10 guys are having at the moment, and considering he likes to attend roll racing regularly, it made perfect sense! The only requests that were made was “I want it loud and raw!” oh and flames!! along with 1000whp+ from our Stage 1+ package.

The car was in our shop for 14 days, in this time the entire job was completed, which included stainless exhaust option to suit the stock tip location and powder coated dry sump tank to match the OEM Performante finish, this set off the engine bay in a clean yet subtle appearance.

We like to underrate out HP figures, so it’s common that advertised power output is less than we usually achieve, with this one making 1077.9whp on our baby Stage 1+ package, together with its stock like drivability it could easily be used as a daily. Only people who have witnessed just how good the platform is would be able to agree….. words cannot describe it, we have been exposed to the best driving/performance cars out there, we aren’t comparing to 1990’s and early 2000’s high performance vehicles.

Our exclusive PR twin turbo system uses the largest water to air cores on the market, combined with our high flowing end tanks, designed and fabricated in house to the highest of standards to achieve an OEM look based on a seamless looking design… it’s hard to imagine that both water and air pass through these at the same time!

In addition, we use the best intercooler system for the V10 platform and have included a PR interchiller package which reduces intercooler water temp to sub-zero, dropping intake air temps dramatically making for the most efficient system money can buy for this V10 platform!! Which proves itself over and over with many people using it world-wide.

Proprietary PR MoTeC calibration allows “on the fly” map switching for different power levels along with live viewing of ethanol content on the factory dash/cluster, Fully flex fuel compatible allowing for a maximum 800whp on 98ron and in this case 1077whp on E85. Launch control system setup which has been proven to achieve consistent 1.5second 60ft times on an unprepared surface (depending on tyres).

We believe Matt will get the bug and either option for an upgrade to Stage 3 package in the future or potentially build his STO into an AWD monster when it finally arrives…. Who knows, he may even get into a Performante!
