STAGE 1 DL800- <1600WHP (STREET + ROLL RACING)

• DL800 transmission disassembly and cleaned
• PR Proprietary modifications to DL800 core
• Disassemble factory gearset and inspect synchros/selector rings
• Assemble PPG upgraded Gearset 1^st through to 7^th gear
• Replace speed sensor rings where required, bench test prior to assembly
• Re-assemble transmission using upgraded Titanium case bolts
• Bench test hydraulic systems pneumatically
• Replace pan filter with OEM
• Upgraded stub axles

• DL800 transmission disassembly and cleaned
• Disassemble factory gearset and inspect synchros/selector rings
• Assemble PPG upgraded Gearset 1^stthrough to 7^th
• Fit PPG upgraded front transfer gears inclusive of front output shaft
• Fit PPG upgraded rear reduction gears
• Replace speed sensor rings where required, bench test prior to assembly
• Re-assemble transmission using upgraded Titanium case bolts
• Bench test hydraulic systems pneumatically
• Replace pan filter with OEM
• Upgraded rear differential LSD
• PPG upgraded rear diff ring and pinion gear set
• Billet rear diff housing for added support of DL800 casing structure with ARP fasteners
• Billet DL800 oil pan and spin on filter housing with re-usable filter
• Upgraded stub axles
• Upgraded rear axles
